NORTH COUNTRY CROSSFIT


Our programs are designed to get you in the best shape of your life under the guidance of highly skilled coaches. At North Country CrossFit, you’ll be guided and coached through unique and structured workouts that will get you fit fast! Anyone willing to work will excel at CrossFit. Here you move your body the way it was designed to move. Every workout will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport.
What this means for you is that you will never get bored! With constantly varied programming, you will never have to devise your workout or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day, training will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. The warm-up, workout, and stretching/mobilizing take less than 60 minutes to fit into even the busiest schedules. We promise to challenge you constantly and to create a community that will inspire and motivate you.
Our programming aims to improve your capacity in the 10 General Physical Skills we promote in CrossFit. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
