IAN PASSINO
CrossFit Level 2 Certified Coach
Owner & Head Coach, Ian discovered CrossFit in 2013 and immediately fell in love with its methodology. He has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and uses his degree everyday in both CrossFit coaching as well as for Personal Training. Ian became an affiliate owner to help others improve their own personal fitness and allow members a better quality of life.
Danielle Brown
CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach
Danielle is a Special Education teacher at Morrisonville Elementary and has been a member of North Country Crossfitsince 2013. She has both her Level 1 and Crossfit Kids certificate. Danielle was an active participant in sports all through her high school career but never found anything she loved in college. After college, and having two children as well as a full-time career, she found North Country Crossfit and was hooked. Teaching children is her first love but has a newfound interest in helping people of all ages meet their fitness goals. Danielle is married (to coach Mark) and has two children, Jack (13) and Abigail (9) who both are starting to take an interest in Crossfit themselves.
Stacy Carter-Kelly
CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach
Staci is a Physician Assistant practicing Internal Medicine in Plattsburgh. She has a background in sports medicine and her L1 coaching certificate. She found CrossFit in 2014 and immediately loved the methodology. It fits perfectly with her focus on health, fitness and longevity- she has a true passion for helping people be the healthiest version of themselves.

Found North Country CrossFit in 2017 and immediately fell in love with the methodology and community. Decided to get my L1 when my daughter started showing more interest in CrossFit. Once I started learning more, I found a passion to help people move efficiently, make a difference and support members in their fitness goals.
Caleb Darkes-Burkey
CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach
Caleb has competed in multiple sports through most of his life, but when he discovered CrossFit in 2015, he realized that this was more than just a sport. CrossFit not only prepares him for his continued athletic endeavors but also provides a great community in which to do so. With so many years of enjoyable growth, Caleb wanted to start helping others achieve their goals. He received his L1 certification in the fall of 2021, and has loved sharing his passion and passing on his knowledge to the members since.
Ian Fleury
CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach
I had been driving by NCCF for many years on my way to work just watching while the big bay door was open. Even just from my truck passing by I could notice and feel the intensity and camaraderie of the people within. So in the spring of 2018, I started my CrossFit journey. Initially, I started in hopes to fill my need to challenge my body and mind, to help feed my competitive hunger, and to just plain get into better shape. Little did I know I was going to find so much more. I immediately found out that NCCF was FILLED with quality human beings from all walks of life who encouraged and pushed each other regardless of their why. Regardless if it was someone achieving their first push-up, or first muscle-up. NCCF was a place where fitness was wellness, in every regard. So to continue this passion found within the CrossFit Methodology, the next step was to receive my L1 Coaching Certificate in September of 2022. I am excited to see NCCF athletes from a different perspective and hopefully, in time, I’ll get to be a small part of many members' journeys to the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
